Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Crucial Reminders, we are committed to providing a smooth experience for our users. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy before making any purchases.
1. General Policy
- All purchases, including subscriptions and premium features, are final and non-refundable.
- Once a payment is successfully completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred to another account.
- We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, unused subscription periods, or change of mind after the purchase.
2. Subscription Management
- If you have subscribed to a recurring plan, you can cancel it any time before the next billing cycle to prevent further charges.
- Cancellation of a subscription will not provide a refund for the current billing period, but you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your subscription term.
- To cancel, go to the Subscription or Billing section in the app and follow the cancellation steps.
3. Payments via Razorpay
Since all transactions are processed through Razorpay, the following conditions apply:
- Once a transaction is processed successfully, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
- If you experience a payment failure, incorrect charge, or duplicate transaction, please contact our support team at support@crucialreminders.com with the transaction ID, date, and amount.
- If a technical issue prevents premium access from being activated after a successful payment, contact us immediately, and we will verify the transaction to activate your features.
- Any disputes or chargebacks must be handled directly with Razorpay, as we do not have control over third-party payment policies.
4. Unauthorized Payments & Fraudulent Transactions
- If you suspect an unauthorized charge on your payment method, please contact Razorpay support and your bank immediately.
- We are not responsible for any fraudulent transactions or unauthorized use of your payment method.
5. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A technical error leading to a duplicate payment.
- A failure to activate premium features after a successful payment, which could not be resolved within 7 days.
- Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
